The Grandview Blue and Gold Brigade is our competitive marching band comprised of students from 8th-12th grade. We rehearse before and after school in this volunteer organization competing in four to five competitions each year.

Charles Jakes is the Director of Bands for the Grandview C4 School District. His responsibilities include of the GHS Symphonic Band, Concert Band, Freshman Band, Blue and Gold Brigade, and Jazz Orchestra. He also assists with classes at Grandview Middle School. Please remember when you make an online payment to either print your receipt and submit it with your paperwork (contract / info sheet, trip contract (if student is going)). If you cannot print it please forward your emailed copy of your receipt to ghsbulldogbands@gmail.com so we can find it and get all payments recorded timely. Please do this with each online receipt you receive.
