HMK Substitute Expectations

Thank you for being present with us today. We appreciate your willingness to help at HMK. Any questions can be directed to Michelle at 435-719-4830.   

Morning-

• Please be present and ready for the day at 8:00. Students are to be in class by 8:20 

• Report to Michelle in the 4-6 office to get your badge and key.

Attendance Sheets-

• • At the beginning of each day please take class attendance and lunch counts on the role sheets provided by the teacher in their sub plans. Please have a student bring the attendance sheet to the office (kindergarten subs call it in to Baylee 435-719-4827). Attendance needs to be sent to the office by 9:00am. 

  • Tardy:  the student needs to have a tardy slip to get into class.  If they don't have one, send them to the main office to get one.

Communication-

• • If in a classroom, please call the main office for student health or behavioral needs.

    • 4827- Baylee Pierce (K-3 Secretary)

    • 4830- Michelle Bertuzzi (4-6 Secretary)

    • 4823- Skills Room for behavior problems

End of the Day-

• • Please return your badge and key to Michelle in the 4-6 office.
