Career Explorations Classes
"What will I be when I grow up?" No, we will not be answering that question in our classes. Instead, we will journey together to discover your passions, talents, skills, and goals. We will use those tools to help you seek out options for your future. And then we will start you on the road to making actionable plans to help you fulfill your dreams. Sounds like fun, right? RIGHT!!

After graduating from the University of Florida with a degree in Broadcasting, I spent 18 years as a commercial TV director for WOFL-FOX35 in Orlando, Florida. My husband and I moved to the Grand Canyon in 2001, where I worked in retail management, business operations, and medical billing. With my broad range of skills and experience, and in-depth educator training, I was certified as an Arizona CTE instructor in 2015. Since then, I have taught the Career Explorations classes at GCS, in addition to tutoring and proctoring classes in the 206 A+/Distance Learning Lab.
