The Gilded Recorder Award
Each year in March, 16 teachers submit songs to go head to head in a March Madness style bracket to win the coveted Gilded Recorder Award! Each class spends time listening to each song match up and voting on their favorites until one song wins. Previous winners include Bye, Bye, Bye by N'Sync, Mmmbop by Hanson, and Yellow by Coldplay. Students are already looking forward to the fourth year of competition (80's songs this year!).
