About Mr. Petty

Welcome to my classroom page and thank you for visiting. My wife and I married in 1999, and we have three daughters. I am the first college graduate in my family. Early on I thought college was beyond my capacity to reach. After beginning college, I soon found success and was hungry for knowledge. During this formative process, a new dream was born in me to lead others to reach their full potential. As an educator, my goal is to create a learning environment that engages every learner and empowers every learner to fulfill their potential. I am passionate about Social Studies with the desire to equip every learner to fill their dreams.
