**Please remember that it is district policy via Technology for Librarians to input all Technology Work Orders into Eduphoria; utilize the Google Form below for all issues with Technology.**
At the bottom of this page, you will find the Chromebook Policy for our campus, along with the calendar of when Chromebooks have been checked out from the Library for testing.
Student Passwords for HelloID will be ready for use approximately 24-48 hours following their enrollment.
The Poster Request form has several versions of the Inquiry Design Process - it is required to have one of these or one of your own making in your classrooms.
All Chromebook COW Requests need to be submitted at least two to three weeks prior to the date needed.

**When looking to verify books in your classroom libraries, if it is part of a series, but our library does not have it, you may STILL have it in your classroom. The series is already approved.**
SWANK Movie Requests
The form below is to request films on SWANK for educational purposes. You will need to provide the TEKS (the section number and the description), along with your proposed Lesson Plans for using the film. These requests are then put into the SWANK system and the records of your lesson are filed with the district's requests. Films cannot be used for rewards or incentives, but can be used after the completion of a novel for comparing and contrasting. If the film is already available in the system, you must still fill out the form.
Movies must be rated G. If your grade level has an educational reason, based on TEKS, to view a PG movie, you will need a permission slip from every child. The button to the right creates a copy of the PG Movie Permission Slip form.
Instructional Support in the Library Media Center
It is the goal of the Library to extend your lessons and promote the Inquiry Design Process through Literacy and Technology. To assist you in this endeavor, I have created the following Google Form that will ask you what TEKS you want reinforced, how you taught the lesson, and what medium you want me to use to further the instruction. Don't forget that we have many different STEAM tools that will allow you to approach lessons in a different way and those can also be checked out in the Google Form labeled STEAM Tools.
