Meet the Teacher

Hello everyone. I am really excited for this next school year. I started teaching in 2010 at Granbury Middle school. I taught 8th grade science, then 7th grade science before moving up to 9th Grade Biology.

I attended Weatherford College for two years while I was on the college rodeo team. I then transferred to Tarleton State where I finished my Biology degree.

When I am not a school teaching, I love working on DIY projects, cooking, or riding barrel horses. I spend a lot of time hauling my horses to rodeos and barrel races on the weekend. My husband Johnny, who's a police officer, and I have 2 little boys, one 3yo and one that was born March 2022. Every summer we try and visit at least one new country. So far I've been to over 40 countries.
