The faceobook group, the remind app, and in person classroom reminders to students are the primary form of communication for announcements. If you participate in the facebook group or remind app, you will receive weekly reminders with important information. If you need to contact staff directly, please email to email found on the contact page. Please understand that we will not reply after 9PM, but will answer the next day!
A form is linked on the forms tab to request than an absence be excused. We do ask for 48 hour advance notice whenever appropriate. There is more information on the attendance policy in the handbook linked also on the forms page of this website. It is imperitive that we are together as an entire unit as much as possible so please try to keep absences to a minimum and only in case of emergency.
Parents--It is so important that our group travels together and has time to bond and create memories, just like any other team. The bus trips are part of the event. Please ensure that your child is riding the bus with the band unless there is an emergency or it is absolutely necessary that they ride home with you. It is very important that we maintain the team mentality as we travel and perform together. Thank you to all parents for your understanding!

All rehearsals are closed for a variety of reasons. We want the show to be brand new to all audience members and it's iimportant that each member can focus during rehearsal. Thank you for understanding!
The band does everything together just like any athletic team. Therefore, we ask that parents and family members refrain from coming to the band section to converse with or give money to their child. If the uniform is on, we are performing. Please make sure your child has everything they need before report time for a performance. If there is an emergency, please contact Band Aide - Jody Bost.

Please put all checks in an envelope marked with the student's name and for what the check should be applied. Envelopes can be turned into the lockbox in the band office where the Band Parents Organization Treasurer will collect them.
All checks are made out to The Graham Band Parents Organization. Band Camp cost is $230. They can be brought into the band office any time up until camp in an envelope with the student's name on it.
Come to a Band Parents Organization meeting and find out! They are every second Monday of the month at 7:00PM in the high school media center.
