Coach Quinton Fossett is entering his second season as the head boys basketball coach of the Graham Steers. In year 1 the Steers finished with a 20-16 record, Bi District Champions, Area Fianlists for the first time since 2019. Before coming to Graham, Coach Fossett was at Italy HS where he served as the head boys basketball coach. After inheriting an 11 game winner the year prior, Fossett restored the “Olde Gold” Gladiator tradition with back-to-back playoff appearances and 20+ win seasons including a Bi District Championship and Area Finalist finish. Coach Fossett’s first head coaching job was at North Zulch HS where he won the most games in school history in a single season and led the Bulldogs to the playoffs for the 7th time in 45 years. Coach Fossett is from Ponder, TX and graduated from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor with a B.S. in History and a M.S. in Sports Administration. Coach Fossett has served as a district representative for the Texas Association of Basketball Coaches.
