About Mrs. Ruff

I am currently in my seventeenth year of teaching special education and co-teaching in the Communication Arts Department. I grew up in Whitefish Bay and then attended the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire for my undergraduate degree. I have a double major in the areas of elementary and special education, and a Masters Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies of Curriculum and Instruction from National-Louis University. I am also one of the faculty advisers for Best Buddies which allows me to connect students with all abilities in friendships and experiences at the high school.

When I am not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my husband and four children. We live in Grafton, and our kids are involved in lots of sports and activities that keep us on the go! I spend any free time running, reading and being outside.
