This retreat house is designed for a prominent architect from Malaysia, Dato' Dr. Kenneth Yeang or known as the father of bioclimatic design. The propose site is located at Tasik Desa Bakti, UTM. The objective of this project is to study about the client so that we can design a house which fulfilled their preferences. In addition about spaces, proportion, site context and materials.

Students are put into a group of three person where they are require to study about a building that has significant value to the architectural style today. The things that need to be study are space programming, form making, user needs, site planning, environmental response, precedent study, structural system and construction technology.

Design a 1:1 shelter which its durability is tested at H&N Campsite, Port Dickson. The objective for this project is to learn about ergonomics, spaces and anthropometrics.
