Hutan Bandar MBIP is a man-made urban forest park located in Skudai, Johor Bahru. The park now is authorised by MBIP. Hence, it was named Hutan Bandar MBIP. It was was stated as the first large-scale collaboration project between FRIM, Mutiara Rini Sdn Bhd and Johor Bahru Tengah Municipal Council (MPJBT) which currently known as Iskandar Puteri City Council (MBIP) signed on 18 June 1996. It was just 13km North-West downtown Johor Bahru and approximately half an hour from Senai International Airport.

Siti Suhaibah binti Sirat and her husband were looking for a place for retirement when they came up with the idea of a homestay in Benut. As the first homestay got a positive and unexpected welcome from visitors,They multiply the number of homestays with the same style to cter the increasing demands. The house is still in process of completion of its detailing. The homestay is characterized by the real atmosphere of a village house surrounded by fruit orchards, suitable for various kind of activities.
