This thesis regarding social housing for the elderly scheme and integrated with entrepreneurs as a cultural and social interaction among people in Kampong Baru, Kuala Lumpur. This study will examine the strategy to provide new scheme elderly housing and multi-generation with integrated existing entrepreneurship which existed as in-formal business by local people of Kampong Baru, creating affordable housing in Kampung Baru involves a delicate balance between modernization and preserving its cultural heritage. Any solution should aim to uplift the community without erasing its identity.
