This thesis project is to propose innovative workplace design layout for tech startup which offers agile working environments with variety of alternate workplace scenarios and dynamic working environments.

The agile workplace is a combination of desks along with activity-centered setting that support various job tasks such as cooperation, innovation, and concentration to promote networking and collaboration within startup environment. Agile Landscaped Office is enhanced by agile work environment, which offers remote and unassigned desking options as well as a variety of work-settings that caters for individual needs to better support performance, psychological well-being, and work-life balance for tech startup.
