H A V E N +  

H A V E N+ Community Reconnection & Well-Being Hub is designed as a catalyst for human connection and holistic well-being among youth within the urban fabric of Ipoh, Perak. Strategically located along Jalan Sultan Nazrin Shah with direct access to the North–South Expressway and surrounded by educational institutions ranging from kindergarten to university, it serves as a social and emotional anchor for the youth community. 

Organized through a clustered spatial strategy along a central axis, the architecture choreographs a journey of reconnection, integrating well-being programmes—including meditation spaces, studios and workshops (nature craft, expressive art, and cultural craft zones), counseling and therapy, and wellness facilities—alongside communal, commercial, and administrative functions. Guided by the design concept of “Reconnection”, the architecture draws on biophilic principles, curvilinear geometry, and vernacular forms to create fluid, grounded, and culturally resonant spaces. 

Emphasizing openness, acceptance, and human-scale design, H A V E N+ invites users to pause, reflect, and heal, reinforcing the idea that true well-being is nurtured through connection rather than isolation.
