URBAN MEMORY

This project involves designing a retiree community center with integrated commercial spaces. It uses Palimpsest and Typology methodologies to create open and layered spaces that reflect the city's historical and cultural evolution. 

The design not only ensures aesthetic appeal but also fosters emotional connections by weaving past memories with present needs, contributing positively to the community while addressing the specific requirements of retirees. 

By integrating public spaces that balance physical structures (solid) with activity areas (void), the center becomes a socially and culturally attuned environment that enhances both individual well-being and collective identity.
