ABOUT PPSMJ
PERSATUAN PENDIDIKAN SAINS MATEMATIK JOHOR (PPSMJ)
Persatuan Pendidikan Sains dan Matematik Johor (PPSMJ), or The Association of Science and Mathematics Education, Johor, was established in 1974 under the guidance of the Johor State Education Department. Since its inception, PPSMJ has collaborated closely with Johor Department of Education and Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) to strengthen the teaching and learning of science and mathematics in schools. PPSMJ is a registered association under the Registry of Society System (eROSES).
PPSMJ signature initiatives include the International Conference on Science and Mathematics Education (ICSME), the 3-Minute STEM Video Competition, and the International Innovation Competition in Education (IICE). PPSMJ also fosters international collaboration through colloquiums and educational visits with diverse learning institutions, further strengthening our network and impact in science and mathematics education.

SOKOTO STATE UNIVERSITY
Sokoto State University (SSU), Sokoto, Nigeria with a Motto “It All Begins Here” is a conventional, state-owned degree-awarding institution located in Sokoto, Nigeria. It was established in May 2009 while academic activities officially commenced in October 2013 with 773 students for the 2013/2014 academic session to provide increased access to higher education for indigenes of the state and beyond. It offers a variety of undergraduate and postgraduate programs focusing on producing globally competitive graduates and driving socio-economic and cultural development in the region.
