Seremban Old Town, located in Negeri Sembilan, is the location of the public or community-oriented building that we are required to design for this Design 5 Year 3 Sem 1 project. That has the capacity to house 120 pax with a building height of between three and five stories. We also need to incorporate all of the building services into the design that has been proposed in order to fulfil the standards of UBBL. It is estimated that the built-up area is a total of 2000 square metres.

My design was influenced by the serambi of Rumah Tradisional Negeri Sembilan, which was constructed in the Adat perpatih style. The serambi is a gathering space for the residents of the traditional house, where they hold their many social activities.
