Anyone attempting to build this project should be well versed in tube amplifier maintenance and understand the dangers of working with live tube amplifiers and high voltage. The meter featured here measures values in the millivolt range and scales them to their original value. A tube bias plug with a voltage divider is used to safely lower the 400v+ found in the amp to a safe range.
