Our Speaker

Vivian Mabuni (M.A. in Biblical Theological Studies, Denver Seminary) is a national speaker, author, bible teacher and podcast host. Her writing has appeared in Christianity Today, SheReadsTruth, Our Daily Bread, Propel Sophia and her teachings have been featured on the YouVersion Bible App’s “Verse of the Day.”

With over 35 years on staff with Cru, Viv loves teaching about the Bible and its practical application to ministry and life. She has been a keynote speaker at IF:Gathering, Cru Winter Conferences, Family Life’s “Weekend To Remember,” and women’s events across the country. Author of "Open Hands, Willing Heart”, she also serves on the Board of Trustees for Denver Seminary and is a co-host of “God Hears Her” a podcast for women produced by Our Daily Bread.

Housing Descriptions

Not sure which option to choose?

Choose Deluxe if you value extra space, newer rooms, and added comfort.
Choose Standard if you want solid comfort at a mid-range price. We have one ADA-accessible room in this category. If you require ADA accommodations, please indicate this during registration or send us an email so we can confirm availability.
Choose Economy if affordability matters most and you’re comfortable with simpler accommodations.

All options include the same retreat programming, meals, and shared experiences.

Deluxe

Large floor plans, most recently renovated, private bath with second sink/vanity, patio/balcony.

All Deluxe rooms have at least 3 beds (Queen and 2 Twins). Some have an additional Queen sofa bed.

Our Deluxe rooms are located uphill from the main gathering areas. The walk is short but includes a moderately steep incline and some stairs.

Standard

Family-style floor plans, a bit older furnishings, private bath with double vanity.

All Standard rooms have at least 2 beds - either 2 Queens or a Queen and Twin daybed with a Twin trundle.

Our Standard rooms are located in several buildings closest to the main meeting areas.

Accommodations include ground-floor rooms, second-floor rooms accessible by stairs, and one ADA-accessible room.

If you require ADA accommodations, please indicate this during registration so we can confirm availability.

Economy

Smallest floor plans, sink/vanity in bedroom area, private water closet contains just the toilet and shower.

Some rooms have 2 beds (Queen + Twin) and some have 1 Queen.

Our Economy rooms are located uphill from the main gathering areas. The walk is short but includes a noticeable incline and some stairs.

Note: Depending on registration progress, we may or may not offer program-only registration. If it is offered, it will open at the end of February.
