About me
My name is Dr. Kenneth Johnson! I teach 5-8 Music at Notre Dame of De Pere; and starting this Fall, I will also be the Lecturer of Low Brass at University of Wisconsin Green Bay.
I am originally from Virginia but received my Bachelors in Music Education from West Virginia University, Masters in Trombone Performance from Indiana University and my Doctorate of Music from Florida State University. This is my second year at NDD and can't wait to watch the program continue to grow!
I've played with numerous orchestras including the Louisville Orchestra, Sinfonia Gulf Coast, Ocala Symphony, Gainesville Orchestra, Albany Symphony, Tallahassee Symphony, Weidner Philharmonic, Fox Valley Symphony and the Sarasota Opera. Orchestra.
During the summers I also teach at the Brass Institutes of America and Grace Gold!
