Grace Legal Support Services is a rapidly growing, minority-woman-and -veteran-owned, Massachusetts-based Virtual Paralegal Agency. 

We support Family Law solo practitioners and small law practices throughout the Commonwealth, as well as Immigration attorneys throughout the United States, by providing professional, senior-level, Virtual Paralegal support that is convenient and cost-effective to the Rockstar entrepreneur attorney!

Many of our clients are among Massachusetts’ Super Lawyers, who enjoy the increased productivity, efficiency, and peace of mind they experience when partnered with Grace Legal Support Services to take on their tedious, overwhelming, and paralegal-level casework.

We are looking to hire a Virtual Immigration Paralegal who is passionate about Immigration Law, self-motivated, self-disciplined, and able to work independently. 

Duties & Responsibilities :

·         Prepare Immigration applications, motions, affidavits, and supporting documents; such as Country Conditions and exhibit lists

·         Assist with filing and hearing preparation 

·         Work independently and as a team with remote support staff

·         Conduct electronic court filings

·         Perform in-person services; such as mail collection, mobile notary, collect documents or secure signatures from clients

·         Attend weekly team meetings

·         Correspond with attorneys, their clients, and matter-related third parties

·         Host/Attend virtual meetings with attorneys, clients, and case-related third parties 

·         Translate legal documents and Interpret for clients, if multi-lingual

Qualifications :

·         Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Immigration Paralegal

·         Ethical, accountable, professional, and passionate

·         Able to manage caseload, stay organized, and effectively communicate

·         Fluent in Haitian-Creole and/or Spanish, strongly preferred

·         Familiarity with USCIS, and Immigration forms & their required supporting documents

·         Excellent customer service skills

·         Strong writing & oral communication abilities

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office programs

·         Passionate about Grace Legal Support Services’ mission & vision

·         Strong attention to detail

·         Reliable transportation is required, as we offer some in-person services
