Sometimes we can ask ourselves the question "How am I feeling?" and sometimes the answer is "Not too good. I feel low, I lack energy, I'm anxious, I'm worrying about different things, I can't sleep, I can't concentrate, I have no motivation, I'm not eating healthily..."
Sometimes we are just not OK and we need to get support.
Firstly, please talk to your family or carers at home, make them aware of how you are feeling, be honest and open about the thoughts you have that are worrying you.
Secondly, you may find that some of the organisations and websites here have information to help you through a challenge.
