Jasmin Waites Parker is the Managing Attorney and Founder of JW Parker Law, proudly serving Georgetown County and the Lowcountry with principled, client-centered legal representation. A native of Georgetown, South Carolina, Jasmin brings both deep local roots and a strong commitment to community impact to every matter she handles.
Jasmin earned her undergraduate degree from Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina, before completing her Juris Doctor at Charleston School of Law in Charleston, South Carolina. Her legal career is driven by a clear purpose: to provide a voice to those who feel unheard and to advocate with truth, clarity, and conviction.
As Managing Attorney, Jasmin leads her firm with a steadfast commitment to honesty, integrity, and respect. She believes that effective legal representation begins with listening—understanding each client’s story, concerns, and goals—and then delivering thoughtful, strategic guidance rooted in South Carolina law. Clients often describe her approach as both compassionate and direct, combining legal precision with genuine care.
Jasmin is motivated by truth, ethical advocacy, and meaningful local impact rather than volume or appearances. Her Christian faith informs her values and approach to leadership, emphasizing service, accountability, and stewardship in both her professional and personal life.
Outside the practice of law, Jasmin is married to her husband, Terrance Parker, and is the proud mother of three young children—Nolyn, Major, and Harmoni. In her spare time, she enjoys singing and spending time with her family, remaining deeply connected to the community that shaped her.
