East Houston native, a firm believer in respect and success, and passionate about student achievement, I am Ms. Gay. Here at Cunningham Middle School, I am committed to not only teaching Science but also preparing my students for the “real” world. I was raised in this same community and am an alumnus of Channelview High School and Lamar University. I believe that having an excellent understanding of our community allows me to form an even stronger connection with my students.

I am currently pursuing my Master’s in Counseling and Development with a specialization in Professional School Counseling, further equipping me to mentor, guide, and support all students toward a successful life.
