Hi there! My name is Ms.Alexander, and I’m so excited to be your 8th grade science teacher this year! I grew up right here in this community and graduated from North Shore Senior High, so it’s truly special to now be teaching in the same area that shaped me. I went on to earn two degrees—Public Health and Sociology—from the University of Texas at San Antonio.

This is my 4th year in the district and my 2nd year teaching 8th grade science. I also coach volleyball, basketball, and track, and I love being involved both in and out of the classroom.

When I’m not teaching or coaching, I enjoy outdoor activities, shopping, traveling, and trying new foods—especially seafood, Italian, and Mexican cuisine. My favorite color is pink, and I’m passionate about creating a classroom environment that’s fun, engaging, and welcoming to all students. I can’t wait to get to know each of you and have an amazing school year together!
