Please keep your child home from school for any illness which includes a fever over 100.00, unexplained vomiting or diarrhea. They may return when free of fever, vomiting, or diarrhea for 24 hours.

FREQUENTLY REQUESTED FORMS

The school nurse can only administer medication following BON and GPISD guidelines. The Medication at School form must be signed by the parent and by the prescribing Doctor. The medication must be brought in the original container.
