Booth Information
The North Shore Fall Fest & Market is fast approaching! Please mark your calendars for Saturday...... This is a one-day event.
Read the North Shore Fall Fest & Market Guidelines before applying. Please use this link to apply for a spot. When applying, be very specific as to what you will be selling. For example, if it’s cups, we need to know what kind (metal tumblers, plastic tumblers, ceramic mugs…), size (20oz,44oz..), and type of designs (school decals, holiday, sports teams…). Filling out the application does not guarantee you a spot. A confirmation email will be sent once the committee has reviewed your application.
Booth space is reserved once you have accepted the terms of your acceptance email and the payment received. Vendors will be notified of acceptance or denial within 2 business days after submission. After approval, vendors will have 3 days to pay their associated fees and secure their participation.
NSMS PTA reserves the right to refuse an application if it is deemed inappropriate for this event.

Dear Prospective Sponsor,
It is with great pleasure that I offer your organization the opportunity to become a valuable sponsor for North Shore PTA Spring Festival and Market, which will be held on Saturday, ......from 10 am to 7 pm at North Shore Middle School, 120 Castlegory, Houston, Tx 77015. This is directly across the street from the annual Galena Park ISD UIL Area F Marching Contest held at the GPISD Stadium. This is one of the biggest band contests in Texas.
We predict this event will be very successful since our location is on a main road and the band competitions draw in thousands of spectators. This will be a great opportunity to advertise for your company or products.
We would greatly appreciate any donation you are willing to make. We will accept any items that will help with the event. Should you donate, your business name will be recognized at the event, on our website, and in the North Shore Middle School’s social media postings. We will also provide a donation receipt letter for your records, if needed.
