I am Mrs. Nguyen and I've been working in Galena Park ISD since 2013 as an art teacher from North Shore Middle School and transferred in 2020 to North Shore 9! I attended the University of Houston and graduated with a Bachelor of Art Education. I look forward to teaching Art I and Advance Art I for 2026-27, and I am excited to enrich and teach art to all students! Get fired up because we're going to draw, make mistakes, and get creative!

Oh right, let's take a minute to discuss the pronunciation of my last name, "Nguyen." My parents are from Vietnam and Southern Vietnamese tend to clip some of their sounds, so Nguyen would be pronounced something like “Win” or “Wen.” So think of it as "You can't lose when you got "Nguyen."
