About Me 

Howdy! This will be my sixth year in education, fourth year as a teacher and my second year at Havard Elementary. 

I want to share some information about me and who I am. My parents are from Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, Mexico. I spent many summers there as a child. I have two older siblings and two younger siblings (I am the middle child). I have three beautiful daughters, Yamilet (8 years old) , Gianni (2 year old) and Galilea ( 1 month old) .  I love to read books, do arts and craft and spend time with my family. I have a pet axolotl named Chicho, guine pig named Cow  and I love animals. I am married to a wonderful and supporting man named Guadalupe, he supports my career and classroom 100%. 

I hold an Associate of Arts in Education, an Associate of Arts in World Languages- Spanish from Houston Community College and a Bachelor's Degree in Education from Texas Tech University. My first year teaching I was named Beginning Teacher of the Year. 

I am very excited for this school year and cannot wait to meet you all. 

¡Hola! Este sera mi sexto año en educación, mi cuarto año como maestra y mi segundo año en la escuela primaria Havard. 

Quiero compartir información sobre mí y quién soy. Mis padres son de Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, México. Pasé muchos veranos allí cuando era niña. Tengo dos hermanos mayores y dos hermanos menores. Tengo dos hermosas hijas, Yamilet (8 años) , Gianni (2 años) y Galiea ( 1 mes).  Me encanta leer libros, hacer manualidades y pasar tiempo con mi familia. Tengo un ajolote como mascota llamado Chicho, un conejillo de Indias llamado Cow y me encantan los animales. Estoy casada con un hombre maravilloso y solidario llamado Guadalupe, él apoya mi carrera y mi salón de clases al 100%.

Tengo un Asociado en Artes en Educación, un Asociado en Artes en Idiomas Mundiales - Español de Houston Community College y una Licenciatura en Educación de Texas Tech University. En mi primer año como maestra fui nombrada Maestra Principiante del Año. 

Estoy muy emocionado por este año escolar y no puedo esperar a conocerlos a todos.
