Hello! Welcome to my corner. I'm Ms. McCabe, your child's school counselor. I received my bachelor's degree at the University of Houston and was a 4th grade teacher for 6 years at Jacinto City Elementary. 

In 2016, I begin my counseling here at Sam Houston Elementary after graduating from the University of St. Thomas. 

My goal is to educate, encourage, and give students the tools they will need to be productive and empathetic citizens in our community.
