The MacArthur Elementary School Counseling Department is committed to supporting and empowering every student to achieve academic success, develop social-emotional well-being, and build a strong foundation for future college, career, and military readiness. Through a comprehensive, inclusive, and student-centered counseling program, we create a safe, respectful, and supportive environment in which every student feels valued, supported, and empowered to grow. By collaborating with students, families, educators, and community partners, we help students build confidence, make responsible choices, develop healthy relationships, overcome challenges, and achieve their full potential.
