About Me
About Me
My name is Jakob Walker, and I am a dedicated Social Studies educator. As of this writing, I have been teaching in K-12 public schools for over six years, and I remain a passionate advocate for the education community.
I hold both a Bachelor's Degree in History and a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction with a specialization in Social Education from the University of Houston. I am deeply committed to Social Studies and firmly believe in preparing students to succeed in their postsecondary lives.
My family consists of my incredible wife. We married on February 24, 2024 and I also have a cat by the name of Cyrus.
