Welcome! My name is Luis Serrano. This is my fifth year at Galena Park HS and my 3rd year teaching! This year I am teaching Algebra 2 and Algebraic Reasoning and I am the Assistant Soccer Coach as well. I was born and raised in Houston, TX. I am a graduate of Galena Park High School and attended Pyburn Elementary and Woodland Acres Middle School. After graduation, I attended the University of Houston where I graduated with my B.S in Mathematics. I love to watch and play soccer. I like to run in marathons and enjoy traveling and plan to travel as much as I can. I am excited about this new school year and looking forward to teaching all students!
¡Bienvenido! Mi nombre es Luis Serrano. ¡Este es mi quinto año en Galena Park HS y mi tercer año enseñando! Nací y crecí en Houston, TX. Me gradué de la escuela secundaria Galena Park y asistí a la escuela primaria Pyburn ya la escuela secundaria Woodland Acres. Después de graduarme, asistí a la Universidad de Houston donde me gradué con mi licenciatura en Matemáticas. Me encanta ver y jugar fútbol. Me gusta correr maratones y disfruto viajando y planeo viajar tanto como pueda. ¡Estoy entusiasmado con este nuevo año escolar y espero poder enseñar a todos los estudiantes!
