All About Mrs. Abner

My name is Melody Abner, and I am a Houstonian born and raised. I graduated from North Shore Senior High and was a cheerleader all four years. After graduation, I attended San Jacinto Junior College then transferred to the University of Houston Downtown where I was on the Gatorette Dance team. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies in 2017.  After I graduated I received a job in Galena Park ISD. I went back to school and received my Masters of Arts in Teaching Curriculum and Instruction with a concentration in Reading. Besides teaching I enjoy dancing and crafting. My favorite movie is Harry Potter. I also love to travel and look forward to adding more places on my list. I look forward to the new  school year with you and your child.
