Welcome to my classroom! I am happy you are here. I enjoy teaching, especially English. My why? Because I was a struggling reader in 5th grade. Because I was a struggling reader; It made my self confidence really low. 

I was fortunate to have an amazing retired English teacher tutor me. Her name was Mrs. McMillan. I will never forget her. I never imagined teaching a subject I struggled with as a child.  I believe we all have a story to share, and I share mine to enocourage others.
