About the Classes
English I Advanced
The class deals with learning different methods for analyzing texts, writing essays, and using the English language. This class was designed to prepare students for the STAAR exam.
Literary Genres
This class is focused on learning about different genres of literature. It is intended as a preparatory course for Dual Credit and AP; however, if the student is a senior, the course will be geared towards preparing for their first year(s) of college.
