Class overview
Welcome to NS 10, and Mr. Davis' English or Reading class. These classes are reading and writing focused studies of short fiction, non-fiction, poetry, and essay composition meant to prepare students for success in high school, on the STAAR tests, and beyond.

Face to Face Instruction: Fortunately, we have returned to full time face to face instruction. The expectations are, as always, to be in class on time, prepared, and ready to participate. Be sure you are checking in on Google Classroom every class period to keep up with announcements, updates, and assignments.
Virtual Instruction: In the event that we return to virtual instruction, Google Classroom is synced to the class rosters every day. Please check in with Google Classroom regularly to keep up with any new information, assignments, or announcements, especially if you are remote conferencing at any point during the year.
About me
Hello! This is my fourth year with GPISD, having made it through the last year mostly virtually. I majored in English and minored in creative writing at Stephen F. Austin, because I've always been the biggest lit nerd. I'm really looking forward to this year, and a return to seeing everyone back on campus.
