Michael Celis was born on December 2nd, 2012, at around 5-6 AM in a hospital located in Houston, Texas. He has a family with parents from El Salvador, with a sister who's 20 years old. Despite being born in Houston, he grew up in Jacinto City, which is near Houston, and is a Pyburn Elementary alumnus, currently going to Woodland Acres Middle School. He also does basketball and swimming during the summer. Sometimes, he goes on vacation to El Salvador or other US states, either for vacation or for family.
Michael's hobbies include playing basketball, board games, solving puzzles, and drawing. He does basketball because he wants to get better at the sport and exercise, plays board games and solves puzzles because it's a quick way to pass the time with his family, and draws every once in a while whenever he's bored. He's interested to learn about the branch of mathematics, for he states about the subject's usefulness in the world. astronomy because he wants to know what happens outside of the Earth.
Michael's accomplishments include getting a grey belt in martial arts, solving a Rubik's Cube in under 30 seconds in an official competition, and being able to stay in Encounters after procrastinating the final project for a few months, and only finishing on the day of showcasing the projects.
His goals for the school year are to be able to stay in Encounters, be able to memorize more formulas, and be able to keep up with life to be able to get a job. He also wants to be able to keep all A's in his classes and stay on master's in his STAAR tests. He wants to study to be an engineer, and being an engineer can make him notable to society due to the things he'll be able to do if he becomes an engineer.
