Michael Celis was born on December 2nd, 2012, at around 5-6 AM in a hospital located in Houston, Texas. He has a family with both parents from El Salvador, and a sister who's 21 years old. Despite being born in Houston, Most of his life would be in Jacinto City, a suburb of Houston, and is a Pyburn Elementary alumnus, currently going to Woodland Acres Middle School for the 8th grade. He also does several sports, weights and swimming during the summer. Sometimes, he goes to El Salvador or other US states, either for vacation or for family.
Michael's hobbies include but aren’t limited to: playing sports, board games, solving puzzles, and drawing. He does sports because he wants to get something to define himself and exercise, plays board games and solves puzzles because it's a quick way to pass the time with his family, and draws every once in a while whenever he's bored. He's interested to learn about the branch of mathematics, for he states about the subject's usefulness in the world. He’s also interested in certain parts of Earth Science since it fascinates him seeing natural events throughout the Earth.
Michael's accomplishments include getting a yellow belt in martial arts, getting first chair on region choir auditions, contributing for the district track and field meet, and persevering through immense pressure of expectations, yet still maintaining high grades throughout the school year.
His goals for the school year are to be able to stay high up on various occasions, be able to memorize essential material for his future work, and continue to learn to be able to have a high-paying job in the branch of mathematics. After middle school, he also wants to be able to stay consistent in the top 10% for his future high school, and have a chance to reach for valedictorian or salutatorian. In the future, he wants to study to be an engineer as being an engineer can make him notable to society due to the things that he'll be able to achieve.
