About Me: Hello! I'm Mr. McKay and I teach AP Human Geography and also coach varsity softball here at Galena Park High School. This is my 3rd year at GPHS and my 3rd year teaching this subject. The previous two years of my career were spent at Pearland High School where I also happened to graduate from in 2011. At PHS I was in the special education department and coached baseball. I went to college at the University of Houston and majored in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus in History and Human Resources. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, traveling, thrifting and attending Houston sporting events!
