6th grade reflection
The most challenging part of this school year was at the end because it feels like the end and you feel free, but then in the middle of April all the STAAR tests start popping up. Another thing that was challenging was math class because I just suck at the subject in general. If I could change one thing this year I would change some of the people in my math class; we get our work done and all, but we are just really loud and barely anyone participates besides me and some other kids. The three most important things that I learned this year was to not get into any drama, at all, mind your own business, and to be kind to anyone you meet. I will forever remember the UIL evaluation for choir; we worked so hard and it was really fun since we got Canes afterward. I really enjoyed the songs we sang there, the sight reading was so easy, and it was quick. I felt like I had most of my improvement in math because I went from like an 80 to a 93 and above. The nicest thing someone did for me was in band when my reed chipped; Sanjuanita gave me a new one to replace my old, dead, and chipped reed. Something that I accomplished this year was getting to be in the spelling UIL; the 2 other people in my section were my best friends so that's what made it even better, but our school sadly didn’t get a trophy for UIL.
