In 7th grade social studies, students explore the rich and complex history of Texas from its earliest days to the present. The curriculum includes major eras such as Native American cultures , Spanish Colonization, the Texas Revolution, the Republic of Texas, statehood, the Civil War and Reconstruction, and modern Texas.
