I am Mrs. Lapaglia, your GPMS Librarian and Office/Library Aides teacher.  I was born and raised in Monterrey, N.L., Mexico. I later moved to the US to finish high school and attend college.  I graduated as a certified teacher from the University of Houston-Main Campus and later obtained my Master's degree as a certified Librarian from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.

I have worked in Galena Park ISD since 2002. I worked as a teacher at Galena Park Elementary and MacArthur Elementary. In 2014,  I became the Librarian at Galena Park Middle School. This is now my 10th year as a GPMS Yellow Jacket!
