Answer: Student logins are as follow
Username: [username]@gpapps.galenaparkisd.com
Password: same as universal
Question: How can I access I-Ready?
Answer: I-Ready can be accessed through Classlink on compatible devices.
Question: Does Istation work on iPhones?
Answer: No, Istation does NOT work on iPhones but does on iPads. If using Android device, it must have a screen that is larger than 8 inches to run Istation.
Question: I'm using my own personal computer or laptop. How do I get Istation to work?
Answer: Visit https://www.istation.com/Support to download the Istation application for your device. After installation is complete, always use ClassLink to launch Istation. This will complete the setup for your student and log them in automatically. *Note: If more than one student is sharing the same personal device (not a district Chromebook), you must log out of all programs including ClassLink before the next student begins working.
Question: I'm using my own personal computer or laptop. How do I find ClassLink?
Answer: ClassLink can be accessed from the Students tab on the Galena Park ISD webpage. ClassLink Web Version takes you to the login screen for your browser. ClassLink App Download is for smartphone and tablets. *Note: Not all district programs will work on a smartphone or tablet.
Question: I'm using my own personal computer or laptop. My student's Google login is not working, or we cannot join the Google Classroom with the code the teacher provided.
Answer: Make sure that all other Google accounts are logged out. This includes personal Gmail, YouTube, or other Google product accounts. A student's district Google login is the universal username followed by @gpapps.galenaparkisd.com and their universal password. Google Classroom can only be joined when the district Google login is used.
