A little about me!!!

I have worked in education over 28 years.  This is my second year at Galena Park High School .  I am from Corpus Christi, Texas.  I have worked hard and dedicated myself to my job.  I started as a substitute teacher, then a paraprofessional, then a teacher, and now a Counselor. I truly enjoy my job, and love meeting and guiding our GPHS students.  My Goal is to help each student to successfully earn their credits, graduate, and have a plan post graduation.  

"Family" is also very important to me.  Spending time together keeps us bonded; Attending Mass, enjoying the outdoors, attending sporting events, Barbecuing, spending time with our pets, and visiting our relatives are all essential in family morals and values.  

I promise to work collaboratively with parents, teachers, administrators, and all other faculty and staff to promote great communication  and assure student success.
