Immunization Requirements
Texas state law requires students to be immunized against certain vaccine-preventable diseases. To determine specific vaccines that are required for your child to attend school, reference the documents listed below. Please be aware that students without proper documentation of the required vaccinations or a valid and notarized conscientious exemption will not be allowed to attend school. If you have specific questions regarding these requirements, please contact your school nurse.
