First, let me welcome you and your child to the LOTC program at Cunningham Middle School. I hope you find this course rewarding and beneficial for your child's development and preparation for adulthood.

During the year our objective will focus primarily on Military Drill & Ceremony, U.S. Flag folding, Leadership, Communication, Health & Wellness, First Aid, Citizenship, and Physical Fitness. In addition, your child will learn how to set goals and develop practical social and emotional skills that pertaining to peer pressure and drug/alcohol prevention. The ultimate goal is to teach them lifelong lessons and skillsets that will prepare them to be an upstanding citizen moving forward.
