Dilan.L

Dilan Lopez, was born in  8/31/2014. He  lived in Mexico for 4 years till he moved to the US. He has been in the US for 6 years, almost 7.  He loves tacos de picadillo and tamales since his mom makes them. He also likes little Caesars and chick-fil-a.Dilan was born in Mexico, Monterrey. He lived in Mexico for 4 years and had a Mexican childhood. He was too little so he was't able to go to school there. He lived with his grandma , his mom, my dad, and his brothers. Dilan really liked it there because he was able to play whenever he wanted. When he was 4 he moved to the US, but he really didn't want to come there since he was leaving  his grandma. He lived and went to school in this US, but he often went to visit Mexico to see his grandma.

Dilan has been in encounters since 4th grade and plans to still be in it. He has also gotten 1st to 3rd place in 3 spelling bees, and has gotten to the district spelling bee 2 times. Dilan has also recently joined choir and even gone to 2 events of choir. He is really talented in spelling in spanish, he has won many spelling bees in spanish and plans to win more.

Dilan has many accomplishments, some examples are his when he first entered encounters and made a big building out of cardboard. Some other accomplishments are when he compited in many discrict events like spelling bees and some other ones. Another big accomplishment Dilan has got is getting all advanced classes in 6th and 7th grade. The last big accomplishment Dilan has had his getting 80 - 90 in most math exams in 6th grade.

His goals right now are staying in encounters per every school years. He also wants to compete in more spelling bees and get at least a 70 in his STAAR test. His last goal is to pass the TELPAS so he does't have to do it no more. 

In conclusion, Dilan Lopez was a kid born in Mexico that moved to the US at the age of 4 years old and likes both Mexico and the Us. He often visits Mexico to go with his grandma and were he used to live.
