Violence Affects Everyone
Violence is one of the worst things to happen to somebody. Violence has affected not just me but everyone. Everyone should be held responsible for violence amongst each other even if they did not directly cause it, you may have inadvertently caused it by choosing to ignore it. l but we should all still be held accountable for the things we do. Violence has caused many public places to need extra safety precautions unlike before and it is very important to reduce the amount of violence in the world even if just a little, for maybe then so many places wouldn't need as many safety precautions as they do now.

Some examples of youth violence happening when it is unnecessary are fights because someone was talking bad about or messing with someone. That issue could’ve been solved by just talking it out or telling a trusted authority figure. Another example could be school shootings due to someone being bullied, ridiculed, outcast, or possibly all three. If they had just taken the chance to talk it out or the person being bullied told an adult then maybe that shooting might’ve never happened. for youth violence and some examples of youth violence when it is not and is necessary.
Some ways youth violence has affected my life is just generally being around it such as last year when fights were common and eventually they became normal at least to me. This had become normal to me because they just happened so frequently and there was also talk of fights going around that I effectively became desensitized to them. That's not to say I didn't get excited when they happened, but the excitement almost immediately disappeared. Like the fight between two students at the near end of the sixth grade school year. I did get a little excited when it happened but not as much as I used to just due to the amount of fights that happened so often. Another way I was affected by youth violence was when my mom used to spank me, and spanking is all she did not abuse me, just spanking when I would get in trouble. This taught me there are huge or small consequences to your actions no matter how small or big they were. One example is one time I accidentally hit my little sister with her Barbie and my little sister told on me and my mom spanked me even though it was an accident.
Not only youth violence but violence in general is on the rise everywhere especially in the United States. Many believe we should keep a closer eye on kids and their home lives and how they treat each other, but many don't just believe we should implement this with the youth but also with adults.
