My Coaching Philosophy
My philosophy is to create a partnership with teachers where we work together to create and implement best practices to help all students succeed inside and outside of the classroom. Being a mentor and sharing my knowledge with teachers brings me immense joy. Through my coaching I would like to provide support and empowerment to all teachers. We all bring something valuable to the table. As a team we can work together to piece it all together and help our students grow and reach their full potential.

About me
I am entering my 20th year in the field of education, starting as a paraprofessional and transitioning to a teaching career in the fall of 2008. Throughout my career, I have taught 5th, 2nd, Prek, and Kindergarten. After leaving the classroom, I worked with teachers to complete the Texas Reading Academies. I then became a district Bilingual/ESL Reading Coach and later worked in the curriculum department in Crosby ISD before joining Galena Park School District.
